💰 Manage Your Subscription
Avelan subscriptions are managed through the App Store. To change or cancel your subscription:
- Open Settings on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select Avelan
- Choose a new plan or tap Cancel Subscription
Refund requests are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
🔬 Restore Purchases
If you reinstalled the app or switched devices and your premium content is missing:
- Open Avelan
- Go to Settings (gear icon)
- Tap Restore Purchases
Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you originally purchased with.

Can I use Avelan offline?
Yes. Lesson 1 works immediately. Lessons 2+ require a one-time download, then work fully offline.
Is my data private?
Absolutely. All your learning data stays on your device. We collect only anonymous crash reports and usage statistics. Read our full Privacy Policy.
Is Lesson 1 really free?
Yes. You can try the full first lesson of any language at no cost, with no account required.
